Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Request an Exchange

- Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on the next steps.
- Please note: You are responsible for shipping the item back to our provided return address to complete the exchange process.
Important:
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for exchange
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
